Are you open to the public?
Yes. Select merchandise is available for sale on our showroom
floor. However, we offer hundreds of catalogs and samples for you
to choose from allowing you to customize the look of your furniture,
floors, walls, closets, bedding, ceilings, countertops, cabinets,
windows, and much more.

What are your fees?
Our merchandise is sold at competitive retail prices and includes
all design services. We require a 50% deposit up front to order
your merchandise and the remaining 50% is collected upon delivery.
Delivery is free within a 50 mile radius.

Hourly design fees only apply if you choose not to purchase
merchandise from us, but would like our professional advice
(i.e. color consultation, furniture placement, etc). 
The fee is $100/hour.

A 1-hour consultation is complimentary to all new customers.

Yes. Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be
purchased at our design studio.

How long does it take to receive my merchandise?
General Guidelines:
Furniture Pieces: 2-4 weeks
Upholstery Pieces: 6-10 weeks
Custom Window Treatments: 6-12 weeks
Privacy Treatments: 2 weeks
Wallpaper: 1 week
Flooring: 2-4 weeks
Paint or Faux Paint: 1-2 weeks
Closets: 2-4 weeks
Cabinets: 4-12 weeks
Countertops: 2-4 weeks

Do you work with subcontractors or do I need to find my own?
Yes. We have pre-approved licensed subcontractors & installers
that we work with and highly recommend.

Including:
Wallpaper Installers
Faux/Mural Painters
Flooring Installers (Carpet, Tile, Wood)
Painters
Electricians
Shutter Installers
Drapery Installers
Blind Installers
Closet Installers
Cabinet Installers
Plumbers
Countertop Installers
Reupholsters

We set up and coordinate all specifics with them, overseeing
every step of your project.

Yes. We have a design studio complete with samples of many
builder products from flooring to lighting to plumbing fixtures.
